Minimum requirements are as follows:
- A car and licence,
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Care (or similar)*,
- Access to computer, email and printer
- A mobile phone for incoming and outgoing calls.
*If you haven't yet completed a Certificate III, please feel free to apply if you are willing to consider our traineeship program.
We employ staff in a variety of roles to assist our clients including:
- Respite care
- Personal care
- Transport / Shopping
- Check Visits
- 24 hour / Live-in Care
- Sleep-over care
- Domestic assistance (cleaning / laundry etc)
- Meal Preparation
- Anything else that assists our elderly clients, or clients with a disability to remain at home with confidence and dignity
At Caring Choice we value our staff, and recognise outstanding performance through our Team Member of the Month, Team Member of the Year and Trainee of the Year Awards. We also give our staff the opportunity to catch up at our regular training and social events - great ways to share experiences, learn from each other and make new friends.
