Thank you so much for arranging for Georgie's care while we were away last week. Jim and I had a much needed rest and it was so much easier knowing tht Georgie was being so well looked after. She really appreciated the lovely people who came and especially mentioned Jenny who she really liked.

Unfortunately, Georgie cannot always remember things too well so I cannot thank you for individual kindnesses, but she was thrilled with the care, the house was clean and she said she had had help with meals at all times as well a shopping companionship etc - perfect! I do hope that she didn't let the girls down with not being there but she assured me that she advised them when she was not going to be home - so hard for us to "police" that though. Her sister who was home for some of the time while we were away also said the carers were always prompt, polite and concerned to help as much as possible.

For making our holiday possible, we say again a very grateful.

"I just had a call from Nina C. about the service she received this morning from your worker Paul. Nina wanted to pass on that she threw all sorts of works at him - outdoor work, lawns, trimming and bathroom cleaning and Paul responded "without blinking". She said he was delightful and a really good worker but also took great care. She also remarked that he was very nice and personable. Nina used to work as an industrial cleaner so is a tough judge but she was very pleased with Paul. Nina remarks the home feels "fresh and clean" and has set her household up for the rest of the month. Could you please pass this onto your worker, Paul? Thanks!
